I think that what you composed was very reasonable. However, what about this? what if you were to write a awesome headline?
I ain't suggesting your information is not good., but suppose you added something to possibly get people's attention? I mean "Our Family Picture" is a little plain. You might glance at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create article headlines to grab viewers to click. You might add a video or a related pic or two to get people excited about everything've got to say. In my opinion, it could bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
